Guest Blogger: Little Miss Heirlooms

We are very lucky here at Modern Kiddo to have found some great blog buddies and one of our favorites is Priscila from Little Miss Heirlooms, an amazing blog about children’s fashion and design.  Priscila is our first guest blogger, so please welcome her!

…………….

Hi everyone! Priscila from Little Miss Heirlooms here. I am very excited about being here on Modern Kiddo because this is one of my favorite sites! Today I have a fun post for you that I have started up on my blog called “From The Runway To Their Closet”.

I have found a couple must have 2010 spring trends that are perfect for your Modern Kiddo!

Her Closet Credits: Bow Jacket, Floral Shirt, Cape

Bright floral patterns, big bows and amazing capes are the 2010 Spring trends you need to keep your eye out for!

Why I love them: Bows are girly, cute and innocent and are popping up everywhere! From simple headband accessories to cute shoes this trend is here to stay! Moms, this is a trend for you as well! Have you seen the bow trend anywhere? What has been your latest bow purchase?

Brights and Floral Prints:2010 is going to be full of bright and neon colored prints and is there anything better? After a cold winter I am ready for some warm and bright colors! If neon floral prints isn’t your thing than just add a touch of “neon” to little accessories. Either some fun bright colored shoe laces, headbands or a little bag can add a little trendy flair to your little kiddos outfit!

Capes: They are cute, fun and a fashion statement! What little kiddo wouldn’t look cute in one? My favorite cape has to be this one from Les Zigouis!

What trends are you loving right now? What is your latest purchase? Be sure to keep your eye out for these 2010 trends!

………………..

Yay! Priscila–you got me crushing on capes!  In fact I just scored this dandy little number off of Ebay for when the Peach is older.
